Hello, my name is Chad Parker with Toth and Associates in Springfield, MO. A prospective client recently reached out to us about a boundary survey and asked for the cost of adding locations of private utilities to the plat. While I am not needing an exact pricing for this individual client, I thought it would be very helpful for future projects to have a general idea of what it costs to locate private utilities. I understand that the pricing will likely vary greatly depending on a number of variables, but could you provide a range of lowest-highest prices, so we can have a ballpark idea of what it costs to have private utilities located (perhaps per acre or per parcel). 

On a separate note, do you have the ability to locate private utilities over railroad properties? The client was curious about what locates ran through the railroad's property (which is adjacent to their own).
