Pricing is job-specific and is based on location, travel time, site size, scope of work, urgency, access, and expected time on site. Most standard residential projects start at a minimum service rate, which typically includes mobilization to the job site and up to 2 hours on site, with additional on-site time billed hourly if needed. Residential customers and first-time clients are generally required to pay on site or have payment arranged before final deliverables are released.
We can provide either an upfront time-on-site pricing structure or, when needed, a fixed bid after reviewing the job location, scope, timeline, and any available site plans, marked-up aerial images, photos, or project documents.
